Hungry Girl Chocolate Cheesecake swirl "Brownies"

Well I love Brownies, however all that Oil and stuff isn't very good for you....So I found this great recipe that makes up for it. My very picky "Rock Hudson" even adored these. There is barely anything left in the 9 x 13 pan that I made yesterday morning. If you use Splenda these or only 133 calories for a generous chunk!
What you will need:
Devil's Food Cake mix
15oz can of Pumpkin Puree (Libby's)
1 teaspoon Powder French Vanilla Creamer
1/4 teaspoonVanilla Extract
(3/4) 8oz tub Low-Fat cream cheese
1/4 cup Splenda (or sugar)

First set oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix together whole can of Pumpkin and Cake mix. This mixture will be thick! Spread mixture evenly all over the pan. Set aside.
In a medium bowl. Add the coffee creamer with 2 tablespoons hot water. Mix until the creamer is dissolved. Add vanilla. Mix in room temperature cream cheese until everything is smooth. Spoon over the batter in the ban and using a butter knife swirl it around.

Bake for 20 minutes or until you put a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean. Mine took about 18 mins. I didn't tell Rock what was in these, and they were amazing, we ate the whole pan in 3 days. Enjoy, one square is 133 calories. And you should yield about 12 squares! ENJOY this healthier version of cheesecake brownies. I know we did!

Getting Started

I am starting a blog to show the journey of planning baby showers, thinking about wedding planning, working full time, going to grad school, loving my family, and trying to do as much of it DIY. Doris Day has always been an inspiration, and I will continue to wish I lived in her time, but for right now, I will continue to use her as inspiration.
A post of a super cute baby seat cover to come!
